- Disney + is a subscription video streaming service that allows you to stream your favorite Disney, Pixar, and Marvel content from your mobile devices.
5. How do I access Disney + with my Digicel + subscription?
- Digicel + users whose plan includes Disney + will receive an email with a link to the MyDigicel App. Once you have clicked this link, validate your Digicel + account by entering your Digital ID. You will be redirected to the Disney + website where an account can then be created.
6. Can I get Disney plus if it is not included with my Fibre plan?
- Yes, you can reach out to customer care by dialing 106 or visit our live chat to requests the service. Once the service is activated, an email will be received with a link to MyDigicel App. Once you have clicked this link, to validate your Digicel + account by entering your Digital ID, you will be redirected to the Disney + website where an account can then be created.
7. How do I get Disney +
- Disney plus can be downloaded from the Google play store or Apple app store, or accessed from any browser.
8. Is Disney + available on all devices?

9. What happens if I don’t want the upgrade?
- The introduction of new upload speeds and the added Disney plus feature is in line with our promise to give you SIMPLY MORE. If your subscription includes Disney + , it cannot be unbundled.
10. Can I watch Disney plus on more than one device at a time?
- Yes, you can stream up to four (4) devices simultaneously and each device can have up to seven (7) profiles for personal viewing experiences.
11. What should I do if I cannot access Disney+ with my Digicel + subscription?
- First, check the MyDigicel app to verify that you have logged in with the correct Digital ID and that your Disney plus status is “Active”.
- If your status is active and you are still unable to access the service, you may call customer service at 106 or visit our Live chat via the MyDigicel App for assistance.
12. How will my charges be applied for the Disney + service?
- Disney + will be included in your current subscription, therefore a separate charge will not be seen on your invoice for Disney + services.
13. Will my mobile data be used up when accessing Disney +?
- You will be able to access Disney+ at home using your Digicel + service. If you use Disney+ on the go, data charges may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
14. What happens if I already have a Disney + subscription?
- If you are already a Disney + user, you won’t need to cancel your subscription. Simply verify your Digicel + subscription via the MyDigicel App, you then log into Disney + using your current Disney + credentials. Your subscription will automatically be paused and you will then, only be charged through your Digicel + subscription, keeping all your current viewing lists and profiles.
