Our billing cycle will be changed effective January 8. The new bill period will run from the 8th of the current month to the 7thof the following month. As a result, the current bill due date, 27th of each month, will now be changed to the 3rd/4th of the following month.
The current late payment fee of $10 will now be reduced to $5 and will only be applied on the 6th/7th of the following month.

To seamlessly implement the above changes, for the month of January only, you will be billed for a
period of five weeks, which represents the service period January 1st to February 7th 2023.
In February, this will be normalized as you will be billed for the period February 8th to March 7th 2023,
which represents the new billing cycle, and this will continue going forward.
The above changes were necessary as we understand the importance of your comfort in settling
payments and the need to access your service without interruption.
We do encourage you to continue making your payments in full and on time for continued ease of access.

1. Why have you made more changes to our bills?
- We understand that the previous dates were not easy to comply with as most persons do not even receive a monthly salary by the 27th.
2. Why Am I seeing a separate charge for January 1-7?
- Your last bill payment was for December 1st- 31st, your next bill payment will be for January 8th-7th. This leaves January 1st-7thoutstanding and therefore has to be charged separately.
