To access Digicel More, the Facebook Messenger App is needed. You can download the App for free on your mobile phone via the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Step 1. Open the Facebook Messenger App.
Step 2. Search your country's "Digicel More". Digicel More St. Lucia is used in the example below.
Step 3. Select "Get Started".
Step 4. This welcome page will appear. You may scroll through to make a selection.
Step 5. After making a selection, you will be prompted to enter your 10-digit mobile number. Eg ( 758-XXX-XXXX). Select "Confirm".
Step 6. A PIN code will be sent via text message (SMS) to verify your account. Enter the code and select "Confirm".
Step 7. You now have access to manage your account, purchase plans and much more.
